Any player who sports a handicap of 25 or better must play this course. It has everything a golf course should have. It's a great challenge. The holes are varied, interesting, but fair and the greens are immaculate.
I brought a couple of dozen players up from Portland, OR to play (as a side trip with The Home Course as our main venue) Salish-Cliffs at the suggestion of a close friend who raved about it so much that I was afraid it couldn't possibly live up to his description. Boy, was I wrong! Talk about exceeding expectations (that were awfully high to begin with!) Everyone was so impressed that I'm trying to put together another side trip this summer that will include this treasure. I can't give this course a high enough rating. If you can come to the Olympia area and you call yourself a golfer, you absolutely must include this course as one of your stops along the way. The course has difficulty, yet is fair. It's challenging, with great views and rewards. It serves a nice menu and the staff seemed to bend over backwards to take care of our players. Do yourself a favor and come play this dynamite golf course. You'll be glad you did and if you live within a couple of hundred miles from it, I'm betting you'll be back again, as all of us will.
Based on my experience,
I would play this course again.
